Oruaiti Estate was established in 1995 on the upper reaches of the Mangonui Harbour, Doubtless Bay. The Estate has beautiful views across to Mangonui and since its start the estate has grown to include 750 olive trees including Leccino, Picual, J5, Manzanilla, Frantoio and Koroneiki. The estate has its own press producing extra virgin and infused Oruaiti Olive Estate oil. 

A beautiful studio apartment, The Loft, allows visitors to stay and enjoy the olive grove and the amazing views.

Whether you want to buy oil or just enjoy a quiet weekend away Oruaiti Estate has it all in abundance.

The Loft is a charming studio apartment with a variety of views: olive groves, rolling hillside, the dappled Oruaiti River, majestic trees, Mangonui Harbour and the distant hills of the Karikari Peninsula. A heady mix which create an ideal place in which to unwind.

The studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, two ring hotplate and fridge. There is a comfy Queen size bed, dining table and seating area, plus a small table and chairs outside.

The television has freeview channels and there is a DVD player, plus a small selection of DVDs and books.

The Loft is upstairs, and its shower room, toilet and laundry are on the ground floor.

There are tea/coffee making facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

Enjoy the peace of 7 acres in a quiet location, with lots of birdlife including quail, morepork, tuis, and fantails roaming the land.
